CORPORATE TRAVEL: EXPERIENCES THAT STRENGTHEN TEAMS AND RELATIONSHIPS
A corporate trip can be much more than a sequence of meetings and professional commitments. When the destination and experiences are chosen with intention, it becomes an opportunity to bring people together, recognize teams and create new perspectives.
Each project needs to be based on the company’s objective and the profile of the participants. An executive immersion, an incentive program or a team meeting require different rhythms and choices.
A corporate project in Porto
In a project carried out for a company in São Paulo, Letsgolucia created a program in Porto that combined a boat trip, a visit to a winery, restaurant experiences and activities related to art.
The boat trip presented the city from another perspective and provided a relaxed moment for the group. The visit to the winery brought participants closer to local culture and production. The restaurants were part of the experience, and the art added a new interpretation of Porto’s identity.
Instead of isolated activities, the proposal brought together different ways of getting to know the destination within a coherent narrative.
Choices aligned with purpose
There is no single model for corporate travel. Some companies want to recognize employees; others seek to bring leaders together, host clients or create meaningful opportunities for connection.
Curation means selecting experiences that support the purpose of the gathering. A tour, a meal or a visit can create space for conversations and relationships that would be difficult to develop in the usual work environment.
An experience that continues after the trip
When the program has purpose and balance, participants return with more than photographs. They carry shared memories, new conversations and a genuine sense that the company cared about their experience.
At Letsgolucia, every corporate project begins by understanding what the company wants to offer. From there, we bring together the destination, experiences and coordination required to create gatherings that connect people and remain memorable.
As an Experience Curator, I begin with the company’s purpose and the profile of the participants. From there, I connect venues, businesses, local specialists and carefully selected experiences to create executive immersions, incentive travel and corporate gatherings that are relevant, cohesive and genuinely memorable.
